A Stringlab Drop-off Hub is a physical location where you can drop off and collect your rackets to be strung with us, with no additional delivery fee. When you place an order in the app, you’ll see drop-off as an option, next to the standard pickup and delivery option.
Savitar Tennis Centre (operated by UFIT) is the first drop-off hub, open to all Stringlab customers. More hubs to come in the future.

Savitar Tennis Centre is a 6-court facility located on the 8th floor of Fairmont Hotel, right above Raffles City Shopping Centre.
Dropping off at a hub
On the day of your scheduled drop-off, bring your bare rackets to the hub before the cut-off time shown in the app.
- Find the QR code. Look for the “STRINGLAB DROP-OFF HUB” tag — there’s a QR code there.
- Scan it. Scanning the code opens a screen in the app for hub drop-off & collection. You’ll need to download the app if you haven’t already.
- Take and upload photos of your rackets. This confirms they’re dropped off and records their condition.
- Leave your rackets in the bag. Place your rackets into the designated Stringlab racket bag.
We’ll take it from there and notify you once your rackets are ready.

Choose how you get your rackets back
You can choose to:
- Collect from the same hub — often faster since there’s no courier involved. We’ll notify you as soon as your rackets are ready for collection.
- Have them delivered to your home or office address instead, just like a regular order — see Pickup & Delivery for courier timing and how your rackets are packaged for the trip back to you.
Collecting at a hub
Once we notify you that your rackets are ready, head back to the hub and follow the same steps as drop-off:
- Take your rackets from the Stringlab racket bag.
- Find the QR code on the “STRINGLAB DROP-OFF HUB” tag.
- Scan it to open your order in the app, take photos of your rackets, and confirm collection.

Scanning the QR code brings you to this flow in the app, showing your active drop-offs and collections.
