How to hand over your rackets for pickup, and what to expect when they're delivered back.
On pickup, hand us your bare racket
When our courier arrives for pickup, please just hand over your bare rackets — no need to dig out a racket bag. Keeping bags out of the mix helps us keep logistics quick and affordable for everyone. Don’t worry, we will take good care of your rackets all the way through.
Rackets well-packed back to you
After your rackets are strung, we make sure they’re packed properly for the trip back to your doorstep. Rackets are meticulously packed and protected before handoff to the courier, so they arrive safely no matter how far they’re travelling. That’s why we don’t need racket bags!
Orders of 3+ rackets may arrive in multiple packages
If your order has 3 or 4 rackets, they may be split across more than one package for delivery. This just helps us pack each racket securely rather than squeezing them all into a single package. Every package in your order should have its own tracking number, and they should arrive around the same time.
