Savitar Hub Drop-off & Collection

Savitar Tennis Centre is a Stringlab Official Partner Hub. If you train at the facility, you can drop off and collect your rackets in person at the tennis office, instead of scheduling a courier. You’ll see Savitar Tennis Centre as a drop-off option when placing your order. Door-to-door pickup is still available if you prefer it.

Dropping off at Savitar

On drop-off day, bring your bare rackets to the tennis office at Savitar Tennis Centre before the cut-off time shown in the app.

1. Find the QR code. At the tennis office, look for the Stringlab sticker with “OFFICIAL PARTER HUB”. There’s a QR code there.
2. Scan it. Scanning the code opens a screen in the app for hub drop-off & collection. You’ll need to download the app if you haven’t already.
3. Take and upload photos of your rackets. This confirms they’re dropped off and records their condition.
4. Leave your rackets in the bag. Place your rackets into the designated Stringlab racket bag inside the office.

We’ll take it from there and notify you once your rackets are ready.

Getting your rackets back

When you place your order, choose how you want your rackets returned:

• Collect at Savitar — pick them up at the same place. Faster since there’s no courier involved. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready.
• Home or office delivery — have them sent back to you, just like a standard order — see Pickup & Delivery for courier timing and how your rackets are packaged.

Collecting at Savitar

Once we notify you that your rackets are ready, head to the tennis office at Savitar and follow the same steps as drop-off:

1. Take your rackets from the Stringlab racket bag.
2. Find the QR code on the “OFFICIAL PARTNER HUB” sticker.
3. Scan it to open your order in the app, take photos of your rackets, and confirm collection.
