Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Stringlab account and personal data at any time. To submit a request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your contact details (name, email, phone number)
• Your saved addresses and racket preferences
• Your stringing preferences and feedback history

What is retained

• Order and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years to comply with Singapore tax and legal obligations (IRAS). These records are anonymised upon account deletion and are not used for any marketing purpose.
• Payment records are retained for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable accounting requirements. Full card or banking details are never stored by Stringlab.

Requesting data deletion without an account

If you do not have an account but believe we hold personal data about you, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" and describe the data you would like removed. We will respond within 30 days.
