We're fully online, so you can get string recommendations and place orders anytime, 24/7 — no trips to a shop. Our app brings expert string knowledge to every player, not just those who happen to know the right stringer.

And because we come to you, restringing becomes something you actually do regularly, not something you get around to eventually. Our stringing is GRSA-certified, so you get professional-grade quality delivered to your door.

What strings do you carry?

We carry the strings players actually use — time-tested classics from brands like Head, Babolat, and Yonex, alongside modern favourites from Toroline and ReString. We're always updating our catalogue with new releases.

We aim to update our catalog frequently to bring in popular new options; you can also let us know if there are specific strings you're interested in!

How do I get started?

Create an account and start a new order. Select your strings, choose your preferred pickup slot, and make payment. It's that easy!

What configurations can I have for my strings?

You can choose strings from our catalogue, or get personalised recommendations based on your game. String them up in a full bed, or a hybrid of two strings — one in the mains, one in the crosses. For each setup, you can specify your desired tension.

How long does restringing take?

Most orders are delivered within 2 working days, depending on order volume and available pickup and delivery slots. You can view available slots when placing your order.

Do you keep track of my past strings?

Yes — every order is saved in your history, right down to the string on each main and cross, and the tension of each. A full record of what worked and what didn't, always at your fingertips.

Which days do you do pickup and delivery?

We do pickup and delivery 7 days a week. We are closed on Singapore public holidays.

We cover all of Singapore, except restricted areas.

Can you do pickup from or delivery to my office?

We sure can, and it's a great use-case for our service. You can save multiple addresses to your profile, and select different addresses for an order's pickup and delivery, depending on where you plan to be those days. You'll just need to ensure that our couriers can access your office building accordingly, and that you're contactable if needed.

Can I reschedule my pickup or delivery?

Rescheduling isn't supported in the app yet, but we understand that life happens. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if I'm not around during pickup or delivery?

Ideally, someone needs to be around to hand over or receive your rackets — it doesn't have to be you. For the safety of your rackets, we'd rather not leave items unattended, and take no responsibility for lost or damaged items if no one is present at the assigned time and location.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is straightforward — restringing starts from S$30, inclusive of a flat delivery fee, with the exact price depending on your choice of strings. No hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

What forms of payment do you support?

Payment is made securely online at the time of placing your order. We support PayNow via Stripe. We don't handle cash on pickup or delivery.
